them. Delphine is worried that she will be late, so she leaves. As Claire and Ann approach the school, they meet Marc and
Jérôme. The four of them compare their schedules and express opinions about their classes. They discover they all have gym
at the same time. Jérôme realizes he forgot his sneakers.

In this video, Claire and her mother, Mme Millet, are shopping for school supplies. Claire’s mother asks her what she needs,
and asks a saleswoman for assistance. They pick out several supplies. Claire sees a schoolbag that she really likes, but her
mother tells her that it’s too expensive. Mme Millet wants to buy a less expensive bag. Claire says that she would rather go
without a bag than have one she does not like.

In this video, Emilie is making a video for Leticia, her pen pal in San Diego, to tell her about Quebec City, and the sports and
hobbies she likes. Emilie introduces her friends Michel, François, and Marie. Emilie and her friends talk about the sports and
hobbies they like, the weather, and the different things you can do in each season in Quebec. We see scenes of Emilie, her
friends, and other people participating in these activities.

In this video, Simon suggests to Isabelle, Thuy, and Mathieu that they go to a café. Mathieu is busy and makes an excuse. At the
café, they ask for a menu and discuss what they will have. When the waiter arrives, Simon and Thuy order right away. Isabelle
has trouble deciding, but finally orders a croquet-monsieur. When they’ve finished their snack, Simon asks for the check.
Isabelle discovers that she can’t find her wallet. When the waiter brings the check, they don’t know what to do.

In this video, Mathieu asks Isabelle what she is going to do tomorrow. She tells him about her plans for the day and says she is
free in the evening. Mathieu asks her if she would like to go to a concert, but she is not interested. Mathieu suggests they go to
the zoo, but Isabelle doesn’t like zoos. They each make several more suggestions but cannot agree on any of them. During
their conversation, we see scenes of their suggested activities.. They finally agree to go to the movies, but they cannot agree on
what movie to see!

describes them. Thuy says that she is an only child, and asks about Isabelle’s brother Alexandre. Isabelle tells her that he can
be difficult.

In this video, Djeneba’s mother (Mme Diomandé) and aunt (Aminata) are discussing what to prepare for lunch. Djeneba’s
mother asks her to go shopping at the market. She tells her what she needs to make lunch, specifying different quantities of the
items. At the market, Djeneba buys all the items her mother asked for. When she returns home, she and her mother prepare
lunch. When they are almost done, someone knocks at the door, and Djeneba realizes that she forgot to tell her mother that
she invited a guest for lunch.

about to share something particularly interesting, her father needs to use the telephone. (I guess they didn’t have cellphones
back then ) Hélène is left wondering what happened. We the audience too want to know what happened! Watch attentively,
and find out the details of what all happened during their weekend together.
